Minimum age of marriage in Thailand

A betrothal can be effected only when the man and the women have completed there seventeenth year of age. This means that the man and the woman who will get married have to reach their special age at least 17 years old, if not then it makes the marriage invalid.

The Law

Frederic Bastiat was a French legislator who became terribly distressed by the rampant tendencies towards socialism in the French socialist revolution of 1848. His central theme in "The Law" is that the only legitimate reason for law is to prevent injustice. He defined injustice as "plunder", which was any removal or redistribution of life, liberty, or property. He was fiercely passionate, at one point writing:

harmony, and logic. Until the day of my death, I shall proclaim this

principle with all the force of my lungs! (Which, alas! is all too

He died of tuberculosis less than a year after he wrote these words.

การใช้กฎหมายแก้ไขปัญหาทางเศรษฐกิจ

แยกกันไม่ออกว่า กฎหมาย กับเศรษฐกิจ เกี่ยวข้องหรือไม่เกี่ยวข้องกันอย่างไร

แต่ที่แน่ๆนั้น ประเทศไทยเป็นประเทศนิติรัฐ ใช้กฎหมายบังคับต่อประชาชน รวมตลอดนักธุรกิจ นักลงทุน พ่อค้าแม่ค้า ทั้งปวง

ปัจจุบัน เศรษฐกิจไทยกำลังอยู่ระหว่างการชลอตัว เพื่อดีดขึ้นไปสู่จุดที่เป็นผู้นำ อาเซียน การปรับปรุงกฎหมายที่ไม่เอื้ออำนวย หรือเป็นอุปสรรคต่อเศรษฐกิจ ต้องรีบแก้ไขปรับปรุงให้สนองรับเศรษฐกิจให้ได้

หลัก “นิติรัฐ” ที่ว่า “กิจกรรมทั้งปวงของรัฐต้องอยู่ภายใต้บังคับแห่งกฎหมาย” ตรงกันข้ามกับ “รัฐตำรวจ” ซึ่งหมายถึง “การที่รัฐจะกระทำอะไรก็ได้ตามอำเภอใจเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของรัฐแม้จะกระทบกับสิทธิเสรีภาพของเอกชนก็ตาม” ดังนั้นหลักว่าด้วยการกระทำของฝ่ายปกครองต้องชอบด้วยกฎหมายจึงเป็นข้อจำกัดอำนาจของฝ่ายปกครองและในขณะเดียวกันก็เป็นหลักประกันเสรีภาพของประชาชน

Prohibited aliens

Aliens who are excluded from entering into the Kingdom

1. Having no genuine and valid passport or document used in lieu of passport ; or having a genuine and valid passport or document used in lieu of passport without Visaing by the Royal Thai Embassies or Consulates in Foreign countries ; or from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,

Excepting if a visa is not required for certain types of aliens in special instances.

Visaing and visa exemption will be under the learn and conditions as provided in the Ministerial Regulations.

Aliens who are excluded from entering into the Kingdom :

6. Having been imprisoned by the judgment of the Thai Court ; or by a lawful injunction ; or by the judgment of the Court of foreign country , except when the penalty is for petty offense or negligence or is provided for as an exception in the Ministerial Regulations.

Having behavior which would indicated possible danger to the public or likelihood of being a nuisance or constituting any violence to the peace or safety of the public or to the security of the public or to the security of the nation , or being under warrant of arrest by competent officials of foreign governments.

8. Reason to believe that entrance into the Kingdom was for the purpose of being involved in prostitution , the trading of women of children , drug smuggling , or other types of smuggling which are contrary to the public morality.
