Democracy is the sovereign power of
the people in the country divided into three parts for checks and balances. The
three branches are the legislative branch, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives, the
executive branch and the judicial
branch. The whole body of all
eligible citizens executes its will.
In Thailand, the legislative and the executive branch are
elected in the same time, the judicial branch is set (no elected).
That’s why
Thailand democracy got many problems until now.
