Arbitration

Most international commercial contracts contain arbitration clauses, which require disputes arising under the contract to be resolved through arbitration, rather than resorting to courts of law, which usually produces a resolution more quickly than litigation. In Thailand, we use this method of arbitration, mediator, to solve the dispute between the parties for the civil case and some criminal cases.
